Companies where at least two of three groups disclosed purchases inside the same window: insiders (SEC Form 4), members of Congress and funds (13F). Each count links to the filings behind it. A count of public records, not a view on any company.
No company has purchases disclosed by two or more groups in the last 30 days.
A company is listed when at least two of the three groups below have a purchase disclosed within the window you pick, counted by disclosure date. Distinct people, members or funds are counted once per group, however many filings they made. Only purchases are used; sales are not part of this page.
