About OQRO
Last updated October 6, 2026
OQRO takes what US companies, funds, Congress and the government must disclose, and turns each filing into one plain line with the proof one click away.
What it covers
- Insider trades: purchases and sales by executives and directors of S&P 500 companies, from SEC Forms 4 and 144.
- Fund moves: what well-known funds reported owning each quarter, from SEC Form 13F, and 5%+ stakes from Schedules 13D and 13G.
- Congressional trades: stock trades disclosed by members of the House and Senate, with the official amount range.
- Federal contracts: awards from USAspending.gov to listed companies.
Where the data comes from
Every figure comes from a public record: SEC EDGAR, the House Clerk, Senate eFD and USAspending.gov. Each page links to the original document, which is the authority if anything differs. See the methodology for how filings are read and classified, and the guides for what each form means.
How often it updates
New insider filings are checked about every 30 minutes during US filing hours. Fund, Congress and contract sources are refreshed daily. Each list shows when it was last checked.
What OQRO is not
OQRO is not a broker or an adviser, and nothing on it is a recommendation. It describes what was filed and how past purchases performed against the S&P 500. It does not predict anything. See the terms of use.
Who is behind it
OQRO is an independent product. Questions, corrections and press inquiries: contact form.
