Who is responsible

OQRO is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at kokagugunava3@yahoo.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and, if you give one, your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Your use of the product: the companies you watch, the events you save, your alert rules and your notifications. This is how those features work.
• Messages you send us: if you use the contact form, your message, your email address and your name if you give one. We keep them to answer you and to improve the site.
• Emails, only if you turn them on: your preferences for the daily recap and alert emails, so we know whether to send them.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept briefly for security and to fix errors.
• Usage statistics, only if you accept: if you accept the cookie notice, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the site, such as pages visited, clicks and scrolling. What you type is hidden, and so is your email address. If you decline, nothing is recorded. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not send your account data to the AI provider.

Why we use it

• To create your account and run the features you ask for, such as your watchlist, alerts and emails: this is how we provide the service to you.
• To keep the service secure and working: our legitimate interest.
• To understand how the product is used and improve it, with Clarity: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it

• Supabase: database and sign-in. Our project runs in a European region (Paris).
• Vercel: hosting of the website.
• Google: sign-in, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Resend: sends the recap and alert emails you turned on. It receives your email address and the message.
• Microsoft Clarity: usage statistics, only if you accept.
• OpenAI: its language model writes plain-language text from public filing figures such as an amount and a date. It never receives your email, your name or your activity. See “How the plain-English text is written” in our Terms of Use.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Server logs are kept for a short period. Clarity recordings are kept for the period set for Clarity projects.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to some uses. Write to kokagugunava3@yahoo.com or use our contact form, and we will answer within one month. You can also withdraw your consent to usage statistics at any time with “Cookie settings”. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

Cookies and similar storage

• Needed to work: a sign-in session cookie, so you stay logged in. It is not readable by scripts on the page.
• Your choice: a small note in your browser that remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice.
• Only if you accept: Microsoft Clarity cookies.

Public information on this site

OQRO republishes information that regulators and governments make public, including the names of company insiders in their SEC filings. That information comes from the official record and links back to it. If you appear in it and believe something is wrong, write to kokagugunava3@yahoo.com; corrections to the source filing have to be made with the agency that holds it.

Children

OQRO is not meant for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
