Data freshness status

A claim of fresh data is worth little if you cannot check it. For each source OQRO collects, this page shows how often we look, when the official source published its newest record, when OQRO stored it, and how long that typically takes. The numbers come from our own database. If a source is late, it says so.

Right now

14 of 15 sources current, 1 delayed. Page built 11 Oct 2026, 00:34 UTC and rebuilt every 5 minutes, so an age shown here can be up to 5 minutes out of date; the UTC time next to it is exact.

Newest-record and lag figures were last measured 16 h 46 min ago (10 Oct 2026, 07:49 UTC). Run times come straight from the pipeline log.

Sources at a glance

One row per dataset. “Companies” is the number of covered companies with at least one record; a dash means the value is not known, and says why. Details for each source follow the table.

Held back for review

4,752 records are kept but not shown: a data check found a problem in the filing itself or a copy of another record. They are never deleted and never invented around; they are left out of every list, count, score, alert and email, and each one shows its reason on its own page. Counted 1 s ago.

ReasonInsiderCongress
Replaced by a later amendmentThe filer corrected the filing; the corrected version is the one shown.3,037—
No price in the price boxThe filer gave the price only in a footnote, so no dollar value is shown rather than a wrong one.661—
Same line filed twiceThe same trade appears in two filings; it is counted once.635—
Repeat of an earlier reportA Congress report restates lines already disclosed; the first report is the disclosure.—304
Other checksHeld by another data check; the reason is on the record's own page.5712
ADS and share units mixedPrice per ADS with a count in ordinary shares would overstate the value.20—
Price that contradicts the marketThe reported price is many times the day's close or outside the filing's own range: a typo in the filing.12—
Dated after its filingA filing cannot report a trade that has not happened yet; the date is a typo.12—
Form 144 notice not matchedA planned-sale notice whose company could not be matched.2—

On 10 Oct 2026 every held record without a written reason was traced to its filing line and checked again: 522 were released because nothing in the current checks contradicts the filing, the others now carry their reason.

How to read this

Lag is the time between the official source publishing a record and OQRO storing it, taken over the most recent records. It is the lag of our pipeline plus anything the source adds before we can see it. Some sources publish only a date, not a time (marked “date only”); for those the lag is counted from 00:00 UTC of the publication day, so it can overstate the real lag by up to a day, and it is never shortened. FINRA short interest is dated by its settlement day and published about eight days later (a week after its reporting deadline: 2026 calendar on finra.org), which is inside its lag. A Congress trade is never fresher than its filing. A member may file up to 45 days after the trade, so the lag shown for Congress starts at the filing, not at the trade, and OQRO cannot shorten the part before it. The same holds for 13F holdings (a snapshot of a quarter end, due 45 days later) and for lobbying (a quarterly report). A record that was stored before its publication date is an update to an older record and is left out of the lag. Where the source does give a time (SEC acceptance for Form 4, Form 144 and, for filings stored since 8 October 2026, Schedules 13D and 13G; the posting time on lda.gov for lobbying), the lag is counted from that exact time. The second line under “Typical lag”, when shown, covers only records stored in the last 48 hours: it shows how the pipeline behaves today, without the first load of each source in early October 2026, when months of older records were stored at once.

Rounding always goes up: 61 seconds is shown as 2 min, never 1 min.

Status words come from three checks. A source is delayed when a scheduled run is overdue by more than its grace period, when its newest record is older than the delayed limit, or when its typical lag (at least 5 records) is above the lag limit. It is stale when enough scheduled runs in a row are missing, or the newest record is older than the stale limit. A source that works to a deadline is never late before it: 13F filings are due 45 days after each quarter end, lobbying reports 20 days after it, FINRA short interest about nine days after each of its two monthly settlement dates, and a Congress member has 45 days to report a trade. SEC filings, USAspending and the price provider only publish on business days, so weekends and US federal holidays do not count against them. Sources judged on their typical lag use only records stored in the last 48 hours, so a one-off catch-up load of old records does not make a source look late. Limits per source:

Insider trades (Form 4). Delayed: a run overdue by 15 min, no new record for 3 business days, or typical lag above 1 h. Stale: 12 scheduled runs missed, or no new record for 5 business days.

Planned sales (Form 144). Delayed: a run overdue by 15 min, no new record for 4 business days, or typical lag above 1 h. Stale: 12 scheduled runs missed, or no new record for 7 business days.

Congress trades. Delayed: a run overdue by 1 h 30 min, newest record older than 10 days, or typical lag above 3.0 days. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or newest record older than 21 days.

Fund holdings (Form 13F). Delayed: a run overdue by 3 h, or no 13F filings for the latest quarter 5 days after its deadline (45 days after the quarter end). Never delayed before a deadline. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or 30 days past the deadline with still nothing.

Federal contracts. Delayed: a run overdue by 2 h, no new record for 5 business days, or typical lag above 5.0 days. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or no new record for 8 business days.

Daily prices. Delayed: a run overdue by 1 h 30 min, no new record for 3 business days, or typical lag above 24 h. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or no new record for 5 business days.

Short interest. Delayed: a run overdue by 1 h 30 min, or the latest settlement date not published 12 days after it. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or 21 days after the settlement date with nothing.

Lobbying reports. Delayed: a run overdue by 6 h, or no lobbying reports for the latest quarter 7 days after its deadline (20 days after the quarter end). Never delayed before a deadline. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or 30 days past the deadline with still nothing.

Daily short sale volume. Delayed: a run overdue by 4 h, no new record for 3 business days, or typical lag above 2.0 days. Stale: 2 scheduled runs missed, or no new record for 5 business days.

The schedules are those of the automated jobs that fetch each source, and the run times are the moments those jobs finished successfully. Where a fetch fails, no run is logged and the source goes delayed, then stale. See also data quality for the nightly checks on the data itself, and the methodology for how filings are read.
