Footnotes from the filing

Transaction made pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on 5/4/2026.
This total amount corrects an administrative error in the total amount reported in a previous filing filed on August 6, 2026, which did not reflect a ten-for-one forward split of the Issuer's common stock effective after market close on November 14, 2025. No reportable transaction was omitted in the prior filing.
