How this basket is built
Open-market purchases of $100,000 or more reported on SEC Form 4 by a director, an officer or a 10% owner. Grants, option exercises, gifts and tax withholding are not purchases and never count. A company joins the session after the report becomes public, because nobody could act on it before, and the position is opened at that session's close. It stays for 60 days after the newest qualifying report, and leaves when that report is older. At most 60 companies are held: the most recently reported.
The basket is rebalanced to equal weights every session, with no trading costs and no dividends. It describes what a rule on public reports would have done. It is not what anyone owns, past results say nothing about the future, and none of this is investment advice.
