Who qualifies as a referred customer

A person who follows your personal link, creates an OQRO account and makes a successful, non-zero subscription payment, and who was not already an OQRO customer when they followed your link. Someone who has paid OQRO before is not a new referral, nobody can be a referral for themselves, and a free, complimentary, trial or redeemed-code subscription never earns a commission. The first link they used before subscribing is kept for the whole subscription: it does not move to another partner later.

Commission

You earn a commission on every successful subscription payment of a customer you referred, for as long as they stay subscribed. Current terms: Earn $5 for every month a subscriber you refer pays, or 50% of an annual payment ($40 on the $79.99 yearly plan; $5 on the $9.99 monthly plan). A monthly payment earns the fixed monthly amount; an annual payment earns the stated share of the price the customer actually paid for OQRO Pro, after any discount and before sales tax or payment fees, rounded to the cent. A renewal earns again; a plan change earns on the payments that follow it; a cancellation never takes back a commission already earned on a payment that was not refunded. After cancellation no further commission is earned unless the customer subscribes again, and a customer who never pays gives you nothing.

Sponsored partners. If you introduce another creator who then joins the programme under their own written agreement with OQRO, they receive these same terms on their own referrals and you earn, in addition, $1 on each paid monthly payment and $4 on each paid annual payment of the paying customers they refer, renewals included. OQRO pays this extra amount; it is never deducted from them. It is linked to the person you introduced and is paid for one level only: nothing is paid for sign-ups or for recruiting, for the partners they in turn introduce, or for anyone's own purchases. You are not required to buy anything, recruit anyone or reach a quota.

Attribution

A click on your link is remembered for 30 days. If a visitor follows more than one creator's link before subscribing, the most recent valid click gets the credit. The link is attribution, not a discount: it does not change what the customer pays.

When you are paid

A commission is validated 30 days after the customer's payment, provided the payment has not been refunded or disputed and the funds have reached OQRO's available balance. Validated commissions are paid together, once a month, around the 15th (moved to the next working day if it falls on a weekend), once your validated balance reaches $25; a smaller balance is carried forward and never expires. If the programme ends or your participation closes, any validated balance is paid even if it is below the minimum, within 60 days. We pay by the method agreed with you (Wise is our preferred option for partners in India); the transfer fee and exchange rate are agreed in writing before the first payment.

Refunds, disputes and adjustments

If a customer's payment is fully refunded or lost in a dispute, the commission on that payment, including any sponsor amount, is cancelled. A partial refund or an open dispute puts the commission on hold while a person reviews it. If a refund or a lost dispute happens after you were paid, the amount is deducted from your next payments, shown as its own line; we never rewrite a past payment.

Your conduct

• Disclose the relationship wherever you promote OQRO, as the advertising rules of your country require (for example a clear mention that you earn a commission).
• Describe OQRO accurately. It reads public filings and explains them; it is not investment advice, and nothing you say may suggest it guarantees a result.
• Do not refer yourself, create accounts to claim commissions, or use misleading or paid-search ads on OQRO's name.

We can hold a commission we suspect is not genuine, and suspend or end your participation at any time. A suspended partner's links stop counting. Commissions already earned from genuine customers and not tied to a breach are still paid.

Your details and taxes

We collect only what we need to pay you: a contact email, a payment method reference and, where the law requires it, tax or business details. We do not need and do not ask you to put a full bank account number into the OQRO website. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. Withholding or reporting may apply depending on where you and we are; we will tell you if it does.

Changes and contact
